I would like to thank you for your wonderful service. Today I just signed a contract to sell a "spec" home. In the past I have been very reluctant to build spec homes as our company has been left holding on to some for a period of time. We usually are then forced to "list" the home with a realtor which pretty much takes all of the potential profits the company might have made.

Not this time thanks to your site. Our buyer noticed one of the directional signs we purchased from you, great signs by the way, drove up and looked at the home which was only just framed, then went home and looked up our listing. Our listing showed all the floor plans and elevations complete with room sizes total square feet and our asking price.

When they contacted me they had a few questions to ask about possible changes they could make, one more meeting and we signed the contract!
